My Online Services
I provide telehealth (virtual) therapy. Typically, I meet with my clients one time per week for 50-minute sessions. Group therapy is typically 1-1.5 hours.

My fees are as follows:
Individual therapy: $150
Group therapy: $50/person
Couples therapy: $175
Family therapy: $200

All fees have the option for sliding scale. Please contact me in order to discuss your needs, and we can work together to figure out the best option for you. I do not currently take insurance.

All fees are paid by credit card.

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy, which means that sessions will be charged in full if not re-scheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours advanced notice.

At this time, I am only able to provide therapy to clients currently in California.

You deserve a quality of life in which you can flourish. Individual therapy aims to help individuals gain a better understanding of themselves, the patterns they engage in, and the systems they find themselves in. I believe to understand something is the first step towards being liberated from it. Further, I think we must illuminate the link between suffering and social-economic-political contexts you find yourself in. Progress in individual therapy should be judged based on your ability to cultivate the healthiest parts of yourself, not by your ability to cope, conform, and adapt within an oppressive hegemony.

Group therapy can be a profoundly empowering experience. Having run group sessions for over 8 years, I have seen how important it is for clients to practice advocating for themselves in a safe environment, as well as sharing their own struggles with others. Group therapy topics typically explore cognitive distortions, domains of wellness, existential issues, healthy communication, appropriate boundaries, and identifying values.

The most common issues in couples therapy focus on intimacy struggles, communication problems, and infidelity. In my work with monogamous and consensual non-monogamous relationships, I have found we are most often concerned with increasing vulnerability and transparency in communication as a starting point in therapy. Additionally, we want to challenge fatalistic beliefs that nothing can be different in the relationship. Ultimately, the goal for couples therapy is to help you reach your goals, whether you are aiming to rekindle a sense of intimacy and connection, improve your communication, or navigate a breakup/divorce in a healthy and appropriate way.

The family is a deeply important unit in relation to growth, development, and psycho-social needs; whether that is a biological family or a chosen family. Rather than focusing on individuals, family therapy aims to create structural changes in the family system that allow for sustainable and meaningful changes to quality of life. Family therapy often seeks to have family members address feelings of betrayal, desires for stronger bonds, and difficulties in appropriately communicating needs. The primary goals for family therapy are to increase trust, vulnerability, and the ability to nourish and support one another.
